West Clermont Local School District, Cincinnati, Ohio

Brief Info

Pinnacle Infotech is responsible for creating the 3D BIM Model of the Mechanical and Plumbing components of a new high school for the West Clermont Local School District, to be located centrally within the district. This design/build of the project merges two existing high schools (Amelia High School and Glen Este High School) into one consolidated, state-of-the-art educational facility. The new school will include an 8-lane natatorium, 1000 seat auditorium, two gymnasiums, stadium complex and additional road improvements to allow sufficient traffic flow for bus transportation and parking. The new facility is divided into three wings – academic, performing arts and athletics, out of which Pinnacle created the BIM Model of the Academic Wing, consisting of 1 Building with 3 Floors and 1 Roof covering 163,603 sq. ft. Several large program spaces are located at the junctions of these wings to allow large, multi- functional gathering spaces to serve the adjacent large assembly functions. The project is currently in the construction documentation phase, expected to achieve LEED Silver status.
