Twelve Cowboys Way Project with 17 floors (1 Building) would be a new construction at Frisco, TX on 429,347 Sq. Ft. area. The Frisco City Council has given preliminary approval for the construction of a luxury high-rise tower at the Dallas Cowboys’ Star mixed-use project. The planned tower would be the first residential building in the 100-acre development at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. It would also be the first high-rise in Frisco. Designed by O’Brien Architects, the apartment high-rise will be built on about two acres at Gaylord Parkway and Cowboys Way, just west of the tollway and across the street from the Ford Center. Called Star House, the project would have “160 urban living units” in a tower built of limestone, metal and glass. The apartments will sit on top of a parking garage. The average unit size will be north of 1,200 square feet. The office buildings will range from seven to 12 stories tall and will include parking garages on the high-profile corner of the tollway and Warren Parkway, according to plans filed with Frisco. The planned office buildings will contain more than 1 million square feet of space. BIM Execution is planned during the design stage.
