Brief Info

Pinnacle created the BIM model of Building 40Tripler Army Medical Center for repair and renovation (Critchfield Pacific, Inc) at Level of Development 400, consisting of 2 Buildings with 3 Floors spread over 4 zones to produce shop drawing for construction and also to meet various project objectives including 3D coordination, clash mitigation, quantity take-off, visualization and 4D capabilities for scheduling, sequencing & digital Mock-up. The BIM
model of the Tripler Building 40 was divided into separate levels and zones including CUP, Basement -Area A, Crawlspace – Area B & C, Level 1, 2 & 3 – Areas A, B & C and Roof – Areas A, B & C for efficient working and coordination of various trades by concentrating on particular location of the building. Moreover, the breakups were necessary to reduce file size so that the
files can be smoothly handled and delivered avoiding technical glitches.
