Pinnacle undertook BIM solution for the renovation of Orlando International Airport South Terminal Complex and associated apron/taxiway, encompassing approximately 300 acres located 6 miles southeast of Orlando, Florida, United States. The purpose of constructing the airside terminal is to serve both the international and domestic flights and accommodate 16-24 gates. The complex will include a 6 storey 5,000 expanded Car Parking Garage and the project will follow the Sustainable Management Plan (SMP) for a planned LEED v4 BD +C New Construction project. In 2017, the airport handled 44,611,265 passengers making it the busiest airport in the state of Florida and the 11th busiest airport in the United States.
