Pinnacle is responsible for creating the 3d BIM Model of the two-story research and development building (R&D) consisting of 109,000-SF semiconductor research and manufacturing facility on approximately 20 acres in eastern Kissimmee area of Osceola County, Florida. The project is proposed to be constructed in two phases, out of which Phase 1 will include shell space for the 100,000-SF facility and construction of cleanroom, office, laboratory and support space. The infrastructure to support the space and planned tool sets are designed and coordinated to meet all the initial and future requirements and provisions for future build-out phases. Phase one of the R&D building will consist of 109,000-SF shell building, 7,000-SF of class 1,000 cleanroom space, 2,500-SF of class 10,000 cleanroom space, 4,000-SF of cleanroom support utility and chemical spaces, 1,540-SF of support office space, including a data center, 1,540-SF of support analytical laboratory space, clean area locker rooms and gowning spaces and toilets with cleanroom access, entry, lobby, restrooms, elevators and general building support areas, mezzanine HVAC/mechanical above the class 10,000 clean room and analytical laboratory areas and shipping and receiving area with freight elevator. Site development to support the initial interior build-out (phase two not included in Skanska’s project scope) will include a two-story, 24,000-SF office building to be located in front of the R&D building.
