Pinnacle executed 3D Modeling of the Callaway House – a commercial building in Austin, Texas. We have deployed 4 engineers for producing the coordinated mechanical piping model and creating detailed shop/fabrication drawings, spool drawings and spool map for the piping of mechanical room. We generated the final model after resolving all clashes by re-routing mechanical pipes. We worked closely with the MEP contractor for complete clash resolution and eliminating re-work.
