Relationship Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build relationship with clients and monitor the upcoming projects and projections.
  • Ensure proper on boarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and overseas team.
  • Support the BIM production team to understand client requirement and project specifications to execute the projects successfully.
  • Handle client issues, conversation, and escalations.
  • Travel to meet clients
  • Provide training to production teams in technical areas.
  • Participate in Industry exhibitions and represent Pinnacle in events.
Job Specification:
  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Electrical Design and Fabrication projects / Site Execution
  • Ability to understand drawings, specifications, building codes, and other technical specifications.
  • Have Good Communication and excellent computer skills.
  • The person should be proactive and most importantly self-driven
  • Travelling will be required as per business requirement
