Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Analyse clients’ data and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Identify customer needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing customer needs.
• Ensure proper on boarding of clients and bridge the gap between client and overseas team.
• Travel to meet clients and prospects on regular intervals.
• Communicating progress to the client and providing any reporting back to client. Handle higher level client issues, conversation and escalations.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and list action steps to manage those relationships.
• Provide training to production teams on areas of expertise.
Educational Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering/construction industry
• Knowledge in BIM industries will be preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
