• Define the sales strategy to build a strong pipeline of clients. Prospect and develop new markets & new business opportunities with AEC firms.
• Identify and participate in new client acquisition efforts; cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Play a key role in increasing market share for the company’s services
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business.
• Aggressive outbound prospecting.
• Regular travelling throughout the US for meetings client & prospects.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction industry
• Experience in direct sales with a strong focus on business closing and customer service
• Knowledge of multiple BIM software programs will be preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with CRM tools would be given preference
