Process Flow

We have used our experience of more than thousand projects involving more than 250 clients spread throughout the globe to develop a Global Delivery Process. The project starts with a "Project Request Document (PRD)" which help us understand the scope of work and project milestones. After detailed project Analysis and discussion with clients, we create a "Project Design Document (PDD)" which documents the complete project deliverables, milestones, agreed man-hours and cost, which serves as a project control document. PDD sets all the technical parameters and CAD standards of the project taking into account client preferences and operational style. Our Project leader closely interacts with Clients so that each project is delivered on time and meets the quality requirements as per the deliverables defined in the PDD.

Effective Communication & Single Point Contact

Pinnacle recognizes the importance of effective work process management and regular interaction with the client for the successful completion of the project. Irrespective of the size of the client, we dedicate a team of Architects and Engineers spearheaded by a project manager. The team size depends on the size and scope of the project. The project manager leads the team and is the single point contact for all projects of the clients.
