West Houston Medical Center is a 221-bed full-service hospital located in Houston. It includes women’s cardiovascular, surgical and critical care services to cater to the needs of the West Houston community. The new facility has over 95,000 sq. ft. of new construction, 33,000 Sq.Ft. of renovations, and 23,000 Sq.Ft. of shell space.

Value Added

Pinnacle solved extremely challenging coordination problems related to connecting corridors and junction areas. The new Central Plant had many problems related to mechanical piping routing and equipment clearances. We leveraged insights gathered from our past experiences to resolve constructability issues and finalize the coordination layout.
