Dubai International Airport is the world’s busiest international airport based on passenger traffic. It implemented Phase III (Terminal 3) expansion. Terminal 3 includes a multi-level underground structure, first-class lounges, dedicated counters, restaurants, check-in counters, and underground parking spaces.

Value Added

We generated detailed quantity take-off (QTO), incorporating manufacturer’s references and a unique asset ID generated from the clash-free coordinated model.

  • Reduced clashes and saved time and money for the project
  • Over 100 RFIs were raised about missing and conflicting data and constructability, maintenance, and accessibility issues
  • Resolved over 1000 total clashes, including 750 critical clashes
