HVAC-

On receiving Engineering documents like Design, Specifications, Equipment submittals and Project checklists we create the required HVAC model as per the specified standard.

This HVAC model is coordinated with the architectural, structural and other MEP members. The final model is generated after eliminating all the interferences by changing routes, elevation and duct resizing.

Block out drawing

We attach high priority to block out drawings as we understand the importance of providing such block out drawings before concrete pouring. The block out drawings are provided af ter aligning it with the architectural grids.

Equipment Pad Layout

We provide pad layout with reference to the architectural grids for positioning the HVAC Equipment in the appropriate locations.

Shop Drawings

Shop drawing / Installation drawing which are sufficient for workshop fabrication as well as on site installation is generated automatically from the HVAC model.

Quantity Take-off

The Quantity takeoff is software generated from the HVAC model and is 100% accurate as per the design. Quantity take off covers all ducts, duct - fittings, equipments, hangers, etc.

Mechanical Room Modeling

Along with HVAC Duct Modeling, we also can provide detailed mechanical piping models to accurately depict equipment locations and piping systems. From this model, we can generate a detailed quantity take-off.
