Pinnacle owns a 280,000 sq.ft. Technology Campus in Durgapur, one of the most important industrial towns in India. The landscaped facility includes amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, cafeteria, sports arena and entertainment facilities as well as accommodations for our employees.

The Pinnacle Production Center can support 500 employees working in a single shift. Technical support consists of conference rooms with modern technologies and meeting facilities. Around the clock Internet support makes the job easier and ensures higher connectivity with the clients. Our work stations are equipped with the latest computer models. Servers have proper back-up system to support service in crisis situation. 99.99% data and voice network helps in clear communication with our clients.

Access Control System

Data Security

The access control system monitors both the campus and the operation buildings. The process is necessary for effective protection of our clients' information and data. Employees receive secure keycards after a detailed scrutiny of their backgrounds. A host of CCTV cameras keep vigil on every individual crossing the main entrance. Our security guards are competent enough to tackle any dire situation.

Power Supply

Uninterrupted Power Supply

The city of Durgapur has its own back-up power system providing the campus with a reliable, continuous power supply. In case any major fault in the power supply system impairs service. Additionally, the company's own back-up system and generators are ready to kick in to support uninterrupted service. We have a 11KVA power supply, and ample DG support of 100 KVA. A number of heavy duty (20 KV) UPS systems are on standby to provide filtered power to all nodes.
