BIM SERVICES

Building Information Modeling (BIM) was introduced nearly ten years ago to distinguish the information rich architectural 3D modeling from the traditional 2D drawing.

BIM is a building design methodology characterized by the creation and use of coordinated, internally consistent computable information about a building project in design and construction.

HVAC

On receiving Engineering documents like Design, Specifications, Equipment submittals and Project checklists we create the required HVAC model as per the specified standard.

The HVAC model is coordinated with the architectural, structural and other MEP members. The final model is generated after eliminating all the interferences by changing routes, elevation and duct resizing.

Block Out DrawingsBlock Out Drawings
We attach high priority to Block Out Drawings because we understand the importance of providing such illustrations before pouring concrete. The block out drawings are provided after aligning with the architectural grids.

Equipment Pad LayoutEquipment Pad Layout
We provide Pad Layouts referencing the architectural grids for positioning the HVAC equipment in the appropriate locations.

Shop DrawingShop Drawings
Shop / Installation Drawings sufficient for workshop fabrication as well as onsite installation are generated automatically from the HVAC model.

Quanity Take OffQuantity Take-Off
The Quantity Take-Off is software generated from the HVAC model and is 100% accurate as per the design. Quantity take-off covers all ducts, duct fittings, equipment, hangers, etc.

Mechanical RoomMechanical Room Modeling
Along with HVAC Duct Modeling, we also can provide detailed mechanical piping models to accurately show equipment locations and piping systems. From this model, we can generate a detailed quantity take-off.
