This project shows how an Existing Parking Zone is demolished and a new multistorey office buiding is constructed in that area. The scope was to show the pre-construction measures to be carried on in the site such as blocking of roads and hence create an alternative route for traffic, planning of separate routes for heavy construction vehicles, preparation of construction staging areas, fencing of the construction areas and hence carry on the construction in proper sequence.

The project covers about 462,780 sq.ft of area over which all the Existing Buildings are to be demolished and about 38 new set of buildings comprising of Bungalows and Resorts are to be constructed with some Site modifications where a road (Miramar Avenue) goes through. Demolition works and the site goes with some decoration works with beautiful swimming pools, water bodies and fountains and other site accessories.

This project was of a new building which would be added to the University campus. It maintained the construction process in proper sequence and carry on the construction keeping the Emergency Routes and other traffics intact. This project also creates a separate alternative route for heavy construction vehicles. It isolates the place of construction from other Campus Buildings and it doesn’t disturb the normal Campus environment.
